Chandrakanth,

I have not seen any specific recommendation for altering open_cursors parameter with RAC. I would suggest you raise a SR to debug the issue.

Cheers

Hi,
We are getting
ORA-01000: maximum open cursors exceeded, in RAC whereas in Non RAC environment, we don't see this error. The parameter for open_cursors is 300.
My question is
how does open cursors behave in RAC environment?

Thanks in advance,
Chandrakanth
