I want to install Oracle 10g R1 on this server. Please help me to address memory configruation in a proper manner like using /3GB /PAE switches as OS level and configuring SPFILE/PFILE. If you have more than 4GB of RAM then you can change your server’s boot.ini file and put a /3GB /PAE in it and can utilize memory upto 16GB.
